I has an avatar.

And I'm not sure I like it.

If you have any bright ideas about where I can find a trendier or more classic avatar, let me know. I might have to pull something off of icanhascheezeburger.com... I have one that's really anime/cutesie, but I don't want to use it because it's too cutesie. I figured something South Park-esque would be close enough... 'cept that implies vulgarity, which, much to my surprise, seems to affect me more and more as I get older. I hate that. Pretty soon I'm going to be offended at the site of an Andy Warhol painting. Lord help me when Campbell's tomato soup is just wrong. How un-American.

I should be getting to bed because I got to bed late last night, but for some reason I got hung up on fixing my internet connection (I can't live without it!) and then I uploaded about 5 different pictures for my little profile photo. I had one of me that wasn't half bad, but I thought it was too... I dunno. Seeing my photo twice on one page makes me cringe. Also a pic of myself seemed way too vain and completely lacking in personality-- granted, if it had been a cute photo of myself doing something interesting, then it might be worth it, but this one was not. Then I almost uploaded a great pic of the short, but thought the better of it. Yes, he does play soccer, but I'll be damned before I drive a minivan or start living vicariously through my child. If you ever catch me doing either, please shoot me. Fast.

I like the pics folks have where someone's holding a revolver to a ducky's head or some random old popsickle advertisement.

Of course, the popsickle ad might imply something that isn't true.

I'll leave it up to your imagination.

Coming soon: A response to Kara's request. You shall have your story and (hopefully) enjoy it, too. And no, I will not be referring to myself as "buttercup."
